OCBC CEO Helen Wong’s remuneration up 5.7% to S$12.8m in 2024

Her base salary is lower but her bonus is higher.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) paid its CEO Helen Wong S$12.8m in 2024, a 5.78% increase than the previous year.

Wong— who took the helm in 2021— got a S$6.76m bonus on top of her S$1.2m salary, according to the Singaporean bank’s annual report released on 26 March 2025.

Her base salary is lower than last year’s S$1.44m. Her bonus, meanwhile, is higher than the S$6.35m she earned in 2023.

Wong also got nearly S$4.51m from deferred shares and S$332,207 worth of other benefits.
