BNP Paribas Bank Polska to utilize Teradata's CRM software as retail banking tool

Through the Aprimo Relationship Manager, the bank will be able to efficiently provide customers with the right financial product or service.

Teradata announced that BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. has selected Aprimo Relationship Manager, a Teradata customer relationship management software solution, to better meet the financial needs of its retail banking prospects and customers.

For banking consumers, Aprimo Relationship Manager reduces the number of unrelated sales offers, uses the customer’s preferred banking communication channel and presents valuable banking products that match the customer’s current financial needs. For the bank, Aprimo Relationship Manager eliminates the bottlenecks in the manual marketing process, reaches prospects and customers sooner, reduces costs and provides a better response rate based on precise targeted marketing.
