ANZ names Lachlan Halstead as country head for ANZ China
Halstead had formerly served as country head for ANZ Papua New Guinea.
ANZ has appointed Lachlan Halstead to be country head of ANZ China.
Halstead will report to Simon Ireland, managing director, International.
He has held a number of senior leadership positions across the Asia Pacific region, including ANZ country head Papua New Guinea; chief operating officer roles in Australia, Singapore and Vietnam; and program director in India.
Halstead is expected to commence in September, subject to the necessary regulatory and travel approvals.
