NAB expands weekend access to Chadstone branch
The Australian bank has invested A$38m in renovating and upgrading its branches.
National Australia Bank (NAB) will keep the doors of its Chadstone, Melbourne branch open on Saturdays.
With this, NAB said it now has 31 branches open on Saturdays across Australia.
“While digital banking is the most popular form of service, we also know that sometimes people prefer to do their banking face-to-face, which is why we’re making it easier for customers,” said NAB personal bank executive Belinda Mamet.
Mamet recognized that Australians can be busy from Monday to Friday.
“We’ve had fantastic feedback already and we’re looking to add more branches in high foot traffic locations to our Saturday program,” she said.
NAB said that it has invested A$38m in renovating and upgrading NAB branches across the country during the past 12 months.
