Saigon Bank allowed to hike chartered capital to VND3.5T

The State Bank of Vietnam’s governor Nguyen Van Binh approved Saigon Bank's application to scale up its chartered capital in 2011.

 

The bank will increase its registered capital to 3.5 trillion dong within this year.

Saigon Bank will have the responsibility for implementing the legal procedures, publicizing information, and reporting its chartered capital increase in line with current regulations.

The decision will take effect within 12 months as of the signing date.
