Siam Commercial Bank enables transaction completion via in-app chat

Customers do not need to enter account numbers or save QR codes.

Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) has integrated AI technology into its SCB Payment Gateway, with its latest service enabling transactions to be completed via chat without entering account numbers or saving QR codes.

In “Hassle-Free Transfers via SCB Easy on Messenger,” the Thailand-based bank links payments automatically to the SCB Easy app for instant confirmation.

Customers can complete transactions via chat without entering account numbers or saving QR codes.

It supports QR PromptPay, QR Mae Manee, and the Thai QR Payment, SCB said. Transaction slips are then uploaded to merchants immediately.
