Standard Chartered India appoints Saurabh Jain as new WM head

Jain first joined Standard Chartered in 2019 as CEO of its Indian securities business.

Standard Chartered Bank India has appointed Saurabh Jain as its new head of wealth management (WM) effective 1 March.

Jain takes over from Samrat Khosla, who is moving to a new role within Standard Chartered.

Jain first joined Standard Chartered as CEO of its Indian securities business back in October 2019. Prior to his new role, he is head – deposit products and client acquisition with Standard Chartered Bank, India.

He has over 20 years of experience in the fields of wealth management, private banking, and retail banking products and distribution. 

Before joining Standard Chartered, Jain held various senior roles in Citibank India and HDFC Bank.
