Union Bank of the Philippines hires senior officers for compliance
A new relationship manager has also been appointed.
The Union Bank of the Philippines (UBP) has approved the hiring of new senior officers for compliance and corporate governance.
Alexander John Sibal has been appointed compliance operations head and vice president under the Philippine bank’s compliance operations, UBP said in a filing at the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).
Maria Aileen Villarama has been named compliance investment surveillance head and vice president under the bank’s compliance and corporate governance team.
Separately, Conrad Carlos Bagui has also been named relationship manager and assistant vice president under UBP’s corporate banking group.
