SCB taps Baker & McKenzie for inheritance asset legal support

The partnership aims to provide clients with legal and tax advisory services.

Siam Commercial Bank partnered with Baker & McKenzie to provide SCB Wealth clients with expert legal and tax advisory services related to family asset and inheritance management, establishing holding companies, drafting family constitutions, and structuring family businesses.

The signing of the partnership was led by Dr. Yunyong Thaicharoen, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Wealth Banking Officer at Siam Commercial Bank, along with Komkrit Kietduriyakul, Director and partner specialising in banking and capital market practices at Baker & McKenzie Co

Sornchai Suneta, First Executive Vice President of the Investment Office and Product Function, Wealth Banking Group at Siam Commercial Bank, and Benja Supannakul, Director and partner specializing in banking and capital market practices at Baker & McKenzie Co., Ltd., also attended.
