Siam Commercial Bank names new wealth management head

He is tasked with driving SCB’s goal to be the #1 digital bank in WM.

Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) named Peerapong Jirasevijinda as first executive vice president, head of private banking.

Jirasevijinda will continue in his role as CEO of SCB-Julius Baer Securities Co., Ltd.

Jirasevijinda is tasked with leading SCB Private Banking, the bank’s wealth management arm, with the goal of driving SCB’s aim to be the number one digital bank in wealth management (WM).

He brings over 27 years of experience working in the finance and investment industries, particularly WM, and across a wide range of investment products and assets, according to Kris Chantanotoke, CEO of SCB.

“We are confident that his leadership will realize our strategy of becoming Thailand’s number one digital bank in wealth management and the favorite among private banking clients in Thailand,” Chantanotoke said.
