Digital banking firm Backbase opens Sydney, Melbourne offices

It comes after the launch of its APAC base in Singapore.

Amsterdam-based digital banking software firm Backbase has launched new offices in Sydney and Melbourne following the opening of its Singapore APAC base, according to a news release.

With the expansion, Backbase is well positioned to cater to the digital banking landscape in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). The firm will help ANZ banks keep pace with evolving customer demands as more turn to digital providers for their banking needs.

The decision to establish offices in Sydney and Melbourne comes as Backbase ramps up local support for new business signed this year.
