OCBC CEO Helen Wong appointed as executive director 

She will now assume responsibility for both roles.

OCBC Group CEO Helen Wong has been appointed as executive director of OCBC Bank.

Her nomination as executive director has been approved by the board, according to a filing at the Singapore Exchange on 7 February.

Wong will assume responsibility as both chief executive as well as director.
