Nanyang Commercial Bank warns against fraudulent websites

It has reported the case to authorities.

Nanyang Commercial Bank (NCB) has warned against fraudulent websites that feature account opening, login page, customer service options, which it said intends to steal customers’ data.

NCB said that it has no connection to the fraudulent websites.

It has reported the case to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the Hong Kong Police Force.

Customers are recommended to directly enter the NCB website (www.ncb.com.hk) in the browser or download the NCB mobile app from an official app store.

The bank also reminded customers to install firewall software and anti-virus software on their personal computers and update the said software.

The URL of the fraudulent websites can be found here.
