Sacombank's Laos branch changes operation model

Sacombank is pondering about changing the operation method for its branch in Laos.

 

It earfleir changed the operation method of the bank's branch in Cambodia in late 2010 into the member company with chartered capital of $38 million, the group has recently conducted changing

The supposed chartered capital of the Laos-based subsidiary was estimated at $36 million. Sacombank expected to finish the legal procedures for this case in late 2011 or early 2012.

Last year, Sacombank's branch in Laos contributed $600,000 in the group's total profit.
