Morgan Stanley has opened its Southeast Asia headquarters at IOI Central Boulevard Towers in Singapore, reinforcing its regional presence.
Spanning 107,000 square feet across five floors, the new office serves as the firm's regional hub for Southeast Asia operations.
The Firm’s Singapore office provides investment banking, equity and fixed-income research, securities trading, derivatives, commodities, private wealth management, and investment management services.
It will also be the venue of the Firm’s annual franchise client event, the Morgan Stanley Asia Pacific Summit.
The building is also designed to meet sustainability and accessibility benchmarks, having achieved the BCA Green Mark Platinum and BCA Universal Gold Mark certifications.
Morgan Stanley has operated in Singapore since 1990, with offices in Jakarta, Bangkok, and Manila.
