BaoVietBank to hike chartered capital by VND1.65T

The Bao Viet Group to has been allowed by the Prime Minister to continue to invest in BaoVietBank and hold 52 percent stake in the bank.

 

BaoVietBank’s chartered capital increase from 1.5 trillion dong to 3.15 trillion dong will be finalised before December 31, 2011 in accordance with the roadmap and plan approved by the bank’s shareholders on April 14, 2011.

Bao Viet Group will be the founding shareholder with 52 percent stake in BaoVietBank.
