Security Bank names new wealth segment head

The Philippine bank also announced the retirement of EVP Gina Go.

Security Bank Corporation has appointed Rene Alan Aguirre as senior vice president and wealth segment head, effective 2 February 2026, according to a bourse filing.

The Philippine bank also announced the retirement of Gina Go. Go is currently executive vice president and senior advisor to the president and CEO, as well as head of the remedial management division of the bank.

Two VPs also got role upgrades. Joseph Anthony Lopez has been named first vice president, legal head and assistant corporate secretary effective 1 January 2026.

Charles Marvin Ching has been named chief administrative officer and deputy operations head, effective 1 February 2026.
