Citi Hong Kong unveils senior appointments to consumer banking unit

The heads of insurance as well cards and unsecured business have been appointed.

Citi Hong Kong has made two senior appointments to its consumer banking unit which includes Alson Ho as head of insurance and Lawrence Li as head of cards and unsecured lending, according to a media release. 

Previously head of deposits, trading and margin products, Ho is now tasked with the growth and management of the bank’s insurance business including business development, sales and distribution, channel management and product assurance.

Li, on the other hand, previously occupied the post of head of cards portfolio management.

In his new role, he will formulate and manage product sales and business development strategy for the card and unsecured lending product portfolio in Hong Kong.
