Deutsche Bank taps ex-BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse China leads as North Asia wealth heads
Kevin King and Stella Lau will be based in Hong Kong and Singapore, respectively.
Deutsche Bank has appointed Kevin King and Stella Lau as managing directors and market heads of North Asia Wealth Management.
King and Lau will be based in Hong Kong and Singapore, respectively. King joins Deutsche Bank’s International Private Bank (IPB) in March, whilst Lau will join in April.
King joins from BNP Paribas, where he was head of the China market. He had also served as the global market manager of the China Team at Citi Private Bank. Apart from BNP Paribas and Citi, he has also worked for Bank Sarasin, UBS, and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

Lau meanwhile joins from Credit Suisse in Singapore where she was market leader for China. She began her wealth management career at Citibank.
She has also held China market lead roles also with J.P. Morgan, UBS and Standard Chartered.
Both report to Kanas Chan, head of IPB North Asia.
King graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Lau graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing.
