BPI Debit Mastercard to undergo maintenance on 4 Feb

ATM, e-commerce, and POS transactions will be unavailable from 12AM to 12NN.

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has announced that its BPI Debit Mastercard service will undergo system maintenance and be temporarily unavailable on 4 February, from 12 AM to 12NN.

During this time, transactions via BPI ATMs, cash accept machines, point-of-sale (POS) machines, and other banks’ ATM and POS machines will be unavailable.

E-commerce transactions, card control services via BPI online and app, online banking password reset using the debit card, and activation of mobile number update via BPI app, will all also be unavailable during the period.

The BPI Debit EMV Cirrus Card (Red and Gold), Credit Card, and Prepaid Card services will remain available.
