Fintech JuanHand disbursed $772m in over 20 million loans

The fintech’s average repeat rate is at 90%.

Philippine-based fintech lending app JuanHand has disbursed over $772m (PHP45b) loans in the six years since it first launched.

The online platform said that it has given out close to 20 million loan disbursements to date, according to a press release on 11 February 2025.

JuanHand offers online loans of up to around US$850 (PHP50,000) with a 9-month payment plan and only requires one valid ID.

JuanHand’s average repeat rate is at 90%, according to its CEO Francisco Mauricio.

JuanHand has partnerships with government agencies, including the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC), National Privacy Commission (NPC), and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

Recently, it has partnered with FEd Center, a social enterprise advocating financial literacy, to launch WAGI. WAGI is an app-based financial literacy platform.
