Malaysia’s largest bank now provides top tier individuals more personalised services with exclusive regional rewards, privileges and access to client centres.
Maybank has launched its first regional “Diamanté Private Client” programme that aims to provide high net-worth (HNW) individuals with a seamless banking experience and a suite of personalised services across ASEAN. Strictly by invitation only, the programme was designed to accord recognition to an exclusive league of clients who travel frequently around the region, and to provide personalised services wherever they are served.
The programme will be rolled out simultaneously across Maybank’s key markets: Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei. It will eventually extend to other markets in the region.
In Kuala Lumpur, clients can enjoy the privacy of the Maybank Private Wealth Centre located in Menara Maybank. There are 47 other service centres strategically located throughout the region.
“Since it is by-invite only, it is a highly exclusive platform with specially-crafted lifestyle and travel-related privileges, which I am confident will excite our selected clients,” said Choong Wai Hong, Head of HNW & Affluent Banking.
Members of the programme will receive the Maybank Diamanté Visa Infinite Card along with complimentary Starwood Privileges Membership that enables them to enjoy international travel rewards at over 125 participating hotels and restaurants in the Asia Pacific region.
Maybank, the largest bank and financial group in Malaysia, is also one of the largest listed companies on the Bursa Malaysia, the Malaysian Stock Exchange. It had a market capitalization of US$21 billion in 2011. The bank operates 384 domestic branches and 190 international branches and offices.
