Crédit Agricole unifies CIB and wealth arms in 43,400 sqft hub
An internal staircase now connects the corporate and wealth management teams across two levels.
Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (Crédit Agricole CIB) and CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA, Singapore Branch (Indosuez Wealth Management) have moved into a shared office that encourages cross-entity interaction.
The two companies now occupy adjoining floors at IOI Central Boulevard Towers, linked by an internal staircase. The 43,400 square foot space features shared amenities in an open plan set-up with collaboration zones and technology-enabled meeting rooms.

The goal is to facilitate seamless engagement across teams, said Laurent Proutière, CEO of Indosuez Wealth Management for Asia; and Antoine Sirgi, senior country officer for Singapore at Crédit Agricole Group.
“The activity-based layout replaces assigned seating with flexible, multi-purpose zones, which support different workstyles and encourage spontaneous collaboration,” Proutière and Sirgi told Asian Banking & Finance in a joint statement shared through email correspondence.
Singapore-based employees of both firms enjoy height-adjustable workstations and spaces tailored for focus or collaboration, they added. Digital features on offer include wireless docking, smart lockers, and Cisco Room Kits for conferencing.
Crédit Agricole CIB and Indosuez are both part of the Crédit Agricole Group. Crédit Agricole CIB as the group’s corporate and investment banking arm, whilst Indosuez is the group’s dedicated wealth management arm.
“The smart office concept promotes trust and accountability whilst the building’s wellness amenities such as the sky park, jogging track and childcare facilities support holistic well-being,” they said.

Beyond physical design, the relocation represents the two companies’ investment in their people and culture, said Proutière and Sirgi.
“It signals to current and future employees that Crédit Agricole Group is committed to fostering a modern, inclusive and forward-looking workplace — one that enables our CACIB and Indosuez teams to thrive and innovate together in one of the world’s most dynamic financial hubs,” they said.
