Deutsche Bank names Burkhard Ziegenhorn as global transaction banking head of Southeast Asia

He was formerly the CEO of Deutsche Bank Nederland NV.

Deutsche Bank appointed Burkhard Ziegenhorn as global transaction banking (GTB) head of South-East Asia (ASEAN countries) effective June 1, 2019. 

An industry veteran, Burkhard has occupied a number of senior positions in Deutsche Bank before assuming his current role including chief operating officer for GTB, CEO of Deutsche Bank Nederland NV and Head of GTB in Latin America and Brazil.

Burkhard will be based in Singapore and will report into David Lynne, Asia Pacific head of GTB.
