AUB Philippines chairman title goes to Jonathan Ng
Ng will succeed Abraham T. Co, who has been elected as Vice Chairman.
Jonathan C. Ng has been elected as the Chairman of the Board of Asia United Bank (AUB), a publicly listed universal bank.
This decision was made during AUB's Board of Directors organisational meeting on 4 July.
Ng will succeed Abraham T. Co, who has been elected as Vice Chairman. In the same meeting, retired Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna resigned as Director but will continue serving as Senior Adviser to the Board.

Ng previously served as a member of AUB's board of directors from 1998 to 2016.
He currently holds the position of Vice Chairman in the family-owned Republic Biscuit Corporation (REBISCO) and holds multiple executive positions in various companies under the REBISCO Group.
Jonathan's younger brother, Jacob, is also a member of the AUB Board and holds executive positions within the bank as the Executive Vice President and Head of Branch Banking Group, as well as Chief Transformation Officer.
