Union Bank of India names Shri Suresh Kumar Jain as director
The banker will hold post from Sep 01, 2011 tol May 31, 2014.
Union Bank Of India had informed the Exchange that the Central Government has appointed Shri Suresh Kumar Jain, General Manager, Bank of India, as Executive Director of Union Bank of India, from the date of his taking over charge of the post on or after September 01, 2011 till May 31, 2014 i.e. the last day of the month in which he would attain the age superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier, according to a Money Control report.
Further, the Bank has now informed the Exchange that Shri Suresh Kumar Jain has taken over charge as Executive Director of the Bank from September 01, 2011.
