Bank of Baroda inaugurates 2 branches in Pune

Aside from expanding, the bank continues to evolve by bringing in new technology products.

The general manager (Maharashtra & Goa zone) of Bank of Baroda (BoB), CD Kalkar, recently inaugurated two branches in the city: one in Manikbaug and the other in Pimple Saudagar.

The ceremony was also attended by Kishor Kharat, deputy general manager of Pune region; KD Joshi, deputy general manager of Maharashtra & Goa zone; and Vivek Dole, assistant general manager of Pune region.

Stating that the sun never sets for BoB, Kalkar informed the media that the bank has opened various specialised units for providing speedy solutions to the needs of customers.

“The bank is evolving with time and bringing new technology products for the changing needs of customers. Banks are like a supermall, where all financial needs of the customers are met. Our bank has formed many subsidiaries like India First Life Insurance Co and Baroda Pioneer Asset Management Co.”
